3 popular group TVXQ members, Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu are now be able to be more active individually in separation of the group activities.

The court acknowledged the main point of the case is the problem in their belonging exclusive contracts which bring the ripple that is generally known as “slave contract”.

In regard of TVXQ Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun, the Seoul Central District Court issued a temporary injunction to stop the effect of the exclusive contract, “SM could not point the members to do activities they’re not willing to, and SM also can not disturb the individual entertainment activities, “he decided.

“Up until now the problems in the contract we always argue about are about the length of contract period, revenue-sharing issues, and financial penalties. I keep certified our claim to these problems, and I am very glad for the decision.”

The court, as considering the fact that the members could sustain group activities, therefore they agreed not to fully terminate the exclusive contract effect. However, the lawsuit that was filed by TVXQ members is to fully terminate the exclusive contract effect.
