Those marked with red are the ones LSM (and also a bit SME) have violated (in the matter of artists).
• Right to live, exist.
• To work for anyone
• To own property
• Freedom to Speech - LSM and SME didn't allow their artists to speak freely which is a violation of the human rights!
• Security
• Safety from violence - SME/LSM have hurt some of the artists violently (showed with pics of Jaejoong on the net)
• Protection from the law
• Not being arrested unless there is reason to think someone has committed a crime
• Having a fair trial
• To be seen as innocent, even if a person is arrested, until the person is found to be guilty by a fair court
• To be a citizen of a country
• To vote
• To seek asylum if a country treats you badly
• To think freely - Since SME and LSM takes control over the artists almost 24/7 they didn't even allow their artists to think freely.
• To believe and practice the religion a person wants
• To peacefully protest (speak against) a government or group - They didn't allow their artists to protest against them or say bad things about them in public.
• To a basic standard of living (food, shelter, clothing, etc.)
• Education
• Health care (medical care) - They don't let their artists rest even if they are sick. (Hankyung is the prove to that.) (said by JayCar @ KpopGlow)
• freedom to do what a person wishes if it does not harm others (even if other people think it is bad) - They certainly didn't allow their artists the freedom to do as they want - the artists are constantly intructed to do what SME want's them to do.
these human rights where taken from Wikipedia and is only a part of the big list of human rights there is in the world.
As much as i look at it, SME and LSM should be restricted more if not shot down (or just change the bad people with new good people).
