| We urge the normalization of TVXQ.
We call for the normalization of TVXQ. The term 'normalization' stands for TVXQ, a group of 5 members who are loved not only in Korea and Japan, but also throughout Asia, to resume their team career.
A. The parties to the petition - Junsu, Yuchun, Jejung and SM Ent. -shall do their bests for the normalization of TVXQ.

 They would like to resolve the misunderstanding and build mutual trust with the 3 members for the growth of partnership as Hallyu leader.
They do have infinite affection for the 3; moreover, there is a grand plan for TVXQ enter into Hollywood. Therefore we truly want this dispute to be settled smoothly.

They are ver sorry for their fans.
This petition is due to the trouble between the 3 and SM Ent., not the TVXQ members.
They do not want TVXQ to break up; as long as the unfair contract conditions are rectified for us to continue on our music, then they could reunite and perform on the stage again.

SM Ent. shall embrace the 3's complaint about the contract conditions as much as possible for TVXQ to continue on their career under improved circumstances.
This is an important matter not only for the 3, but also for 5 members of TVXQ; therefore, it shall be considered carefully.

Also, the 3 have said "(We) wouldn't deny the fact that (we) considered the cosmetic business. But it was already wrapped up to prevent misunderstanding. What's important to us is the team, not the cosmetic business."
Therefore, the 3 shall discontinue the cosmectic buisiness, which was violating the publicity rights of SM & avex Ent., and try to negotiate (with SM Ent.) for the existence of TVXQ.

B. Changmin, Yunho and the parents of 5 members
should also strive for the normalization of TVXQ.

Changmin and Yunho are also the members of TVXQ; therefore, they hold the rights for TVXQ as well. We urge the 2 to persuade the 3 & SM Ent. and to exercise their rights for the normalization of TVXQ. |
The parents of 5 members have positively talked about the team career in common. Thus, we urge the parents to support 5 members as they long for the normalization of TVXQ. |
C. We, the fans are the worst victims of TVXQ dispute.

to. SM Ent. | It is certain that the members could continue on their careers in entertainment industry without TVXQ.
It is certain that SM Ent. could continue on their business without TVXQ and by fostering new artists.
However, the fans are not. After the breakup, everything's over for us. It is impossible for us to listen to their songs or watch the performances.
All the members of TVXQ shall consider the matter again for the fans - us - who have supported and loved them more than anybody in the world.
We urge the 5 members to strive for the normalization of TVXQ.
| SM Ent. must reconsider this matter for TVXQ fans, who are its customers and the basis of TVXQ sales as well.
The audience and the fans who had prejuice about SM Ent. would reconsider their bias by viewing SM Ent. resolving the dispute smoothly.
Without a doubt, the change of public attitude toward SM Ent. would be a great foundation for them to expand the business in the future.
Thus, we urge SM Ent. to strive for the normalization of TVXQ.
