Yeah. My friend auditioned for SM. It seems they really look at 'talent' and by 'talent' I mean looks.

but LSM had him to go plastic surgery and now his eyes are the most attractive about him!

Don't worry she knew what the right thing was, that's why she didn't continue trying out for SM. She figured there were plenty of other places who accepted her real talent.
